We want you to love your Battle Crafts lamp. Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please read the following carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or with a defect, we'll make it right. Email us at info.battlecrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Because our lamps are made to order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your lamp may already be in crafting and we may not be able to cancel.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
